摘要
目的调查未行准分子激光角膜屈光手术病例的原因。方法对661例未行准分子激光角膜屈光手术患者的原因进行回顾性分析。结果4262例经检查后未行手术的有661例,占14.34%。其中366例对手术有顾虑(占59.90%);角膜厚度不足有72例(占11.78%);角膜屈光力偏大36例(占5.89%);干眼症有33例(占5.40%)眼压偏高22例(占3.60%),矫正视力差25例(占4.09%);眼底病23例(占3.76%);其他原因34例(占5.56%)。结论对手术的顾虑是未行准分子激光角膜屈光手术的主要原因。
[ Objective ] To investigate the reasons that patients did not undergo laser refractive keratectomy. [ Methods ] The reasons that 611 examined patients did not undergo laser refractive keratectomy were analyzed ret- respectively. [Results] 611 patients （14.34%） had not accepted surgery among 4262 examined patients; Of the 611 patients, 366 patients （59.90%） worried about the surgery; the corneal thickness of 72 patients （11.78%） was insufficient; the corneal refractive power of 36 patients （5.89%） was too high; 33patients （5.40%） suffered dry eye; 22 patients （3.60%） had high intraocular pressure, the correctedvisual acuity of 25patients （4.09%） was not satisfied; 23 patients （3.76%） suffered fromoeular fundus diseases and 34 patients （5.56%） had other reasons. [ Conclusion] The apprehension about surgery is the primary factor among that patients did not undergo laser refractive keratectomy.
