C-反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸内皮素在冠状动脉粥样硬化患者外周血中的相关性探讨

摘要 目的 :探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化患者血浆中C -反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程中的作用 ,以及上述三种物质之间的相关性。方法 :对 5 0例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者及 30例正常对照者采用免疫增强的投射比浊法及高效液相色谱法 ,分别检测了外周血中C -反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素的含量 ,并对其进行对比及相关性分析。结果 :冠状动脉粥样硬化患者组 (试验组 )血浆中C -反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素含量分别是 :5 .83± 2 .77(mg/L) ,1 6 .82± 6 .81 (μmol/L) ,83.1 7± 2 9.6 3(ng/L) ,而正常对照组上述三种物质的含量分别是 :0 .87± 0 .5 0 (mg/L) ,9.93± 2 .87(μmol/L) ,4 6 .6 7± 1 4 .4 1 (ng/L) ,对应两组间差异均具显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,C -反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸与内皮素的相关系数分别为 0 .732及 0 .892 ,均呈正相关。结论 :C -反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸及内皮素对冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有促进作用 。 Objective: To research the role and relationship between changes of the content of C-reaction protein(CRP), homocysteine(Hcy) and endothelin(ET) in patients with coronary atherosclerosis. Methods: 50 cases of C-reaction protein, homocysteine and endothelin in patients with coronary atherosclerosis and 30 cases of them in normal persons as control were detected by immune-reinforced projective turbidimetry and high performance liquid chromatograpy. Results: In patients' plasma with coronary atherosclerosis bundle CRP, Hcy and ET levels were 5.83±2.77(mg/L),16.82±6.81(μmol/L),83.17±29.63(ng/L),the controls were 0.87±0.50( mg/L ),9.93±2.87(μmol/L),46.67±14.41(ng/L),there were significant differences between them(P<0.05),there were positive correlation between CRP and ET, Hcy and ET(r=0.732,0.892).Conclusion: CRP, Hcy and ET contribute to the development and growth of coronary atherosclerosis, there are utilitarian clinical value of their detection.
