摘要
探讨大学生在学习适应性方面是否存在民族差异,采用自编大学生学习适应性问卷对少数民族大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:汉族与少数民族杂居学生的学习适应性显著地好于少数民族聚居学生;尤其在非认知因素上,汉族和少数民族杂居学生的适应能力显著高于少数民族聚居学生;而少数民族聚居的学生对学习方法的重视显著高于少数民族杂居的学生;分析和讨论其形成的原因,可以为提高少数民族学生在高校的学习适应性提供对策和建议。
This article focuses on the differences between college students in learning adaptability. With the help of self-composed inventory of college students' learning adaptability, we investigated minority college students and found that the learning adaptability of Han students and students in multi-minority living regions are obviously better than that of students in mono-minority regions, especially on non-cognitive factors. However, students in mono-minority living regions pay much more attention on learning methods than those in multi-minority living regions. On the basis of discussing the reasons, we gave some advice to the college instruction of minority students and their learning adaptability.
