摘要
民族文化传承、保护、利用中的人权问题,是一个不容忽视的现实问题。对于民族文化中存在的侵害人权的文化因子应予以剔除;为保证民族文化传承渠道的畅通,必须解决好权利冲突的问题;民族文化保护实践中采取的措施不能有悖人权保护;对于民族文化的现代贡献及传统知识在现代社会的运用,应当有相应的激励机制和权利的补偿。
Human rights in the succession, protection and application of ethnic culture are the important issue that should not be ignored in reality. Any elements of ethnic culture violating human rights must be discarded. To ensure the smooth succession of ethnic culture, conflicts of rights must be settled properly. Practices in ethnic cultural protection should not hold back the protection of human rights. Moreover, corresponding system of encouragement and rights compensation must be established for the contributions of ethnic culture and the application of traditional knowledge to the modern society.
