摘要
水玻璃砂干法再生是目前较难解决的一个研究课题。本论文在对水玻璃砂的特点进行分析的基础上,提出用逆流式干法再生水玻璃砂的方案,并研究出逆流式再生实验设备,分析讨论了砂粒在设备中的运动情况和再生机理。在该设备上对水玻璃砂进行再生实验,对各参数对氧化钠去除率的影响进行了分析。实验结果表明效果较佳,对水玻璃砂氧化钠含量去除率可达60~80%,对水玻璃自硬砂氧化钠去除率可达50~60%。从方法到现有实验设备及其理论分析为水玻璃砂再生提供了新的依据与参考,找到了一条干法再生水玻璃砂的新途径。
The reclamation of silicate-band sand is a problem. This article presents a deep research on sodium silicate bond sand reclamation.
The authors designed a countercurrent testing reclaimer and anlysed the mechanism, the movement condition of sand in the machine.
Through the experiment and by using orthogonality test the paper shows clearly the influence of the various parameters on the reclamation.
The decrease of Na_2O in used sand reduces to above 60% through reclamation, so that the result of experiment is better, which supplies a new way to dry reclamation.
