摘要
采用联合烘干硬化的方法对再生水玻璃砂的性能进行了研究.试验结果表明:当水玻璃的加入量为4.0%~4.5%时,加热温度在300℃左右,达到起模时强度的最短吹气时间是45 s,烘干后的放置时间一般不宜超过24 h.
Properties of reclaimed sodium silicate sand was studied using combined setting of CO2 blowing and drying. The experiment result shows that with addition of 4.0%-4.5 % sodium silicate, for reaching stripping strength the optimum drying temperature is 300 ℃ and shortest CO2 blowing time is 45 seconds. The holding time is 24 hours after setting.
