摘要
用放射免疫法(RIA)测定561例中国人男胎儿及各年龄组健康男性血清睾丸阐(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH).黄体生成素(LH)的水平及其分布。结果提示:1.测出了胎儿及各年龄组的生殖激素均值。经方差分析得出,各年龄组的T液度不同,差异具有高度显著性(P<0.0l)。进一步经q检验得出:15~75岁组的T浓度高于共他四组(P〈0.01);2~14岁组T浓度低于胎儿期组、〈1岁和〉75岁组的差异具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。胎儿期组、<1岁组和>75岁组的T浓度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2.FSH和LH值随年龄呈正相关。
Serum testosterone(Te),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and lureinizing hor-mone(LH)were assayed by radioimmunoaasay(RLA)for Chinese male fetus and different maleage groups.Serum concentration of Te varied significantly in different age groups(P<0.01),be-being significantly higher in the 15-75 group(P<0.01).T level was the lowest in 2-14 agegroup.There has been no difference of Tlevel between fetus,less than I year and greater than75groups(P>0.05).Serum FSH and LH were in positive-correlation with the advance of age.
