石英引起的巨噬细胞微管分布改变及柠檬酸铝的拮抗效应

摘要 应用间接免疫荧光技术观察了石英、乳胶微球及柠檬酸铝处理的石英对巨噬细胞形状及细胞内微管分布的影响。结果表明,石英引起的细胞形状和膜表面形态的改变与石英引起的巨噬细胞微管解聚有关,而柠檬酸铝可拮抗石英的这一效应。 The effects of quartz, latex and aluminium citrate-treated quartz on macrophage shape and microtubules distribution were observed with indirect immunofluorescence technique. The results indicate that the change in cell shape and surface morphology of membrane is related to quartz-iuduced disassembly of microtubules of macrophages, and aluminium citrate can inhibite the effect of quartz.
