摘要
本文对188名汽油接触工人和70名无毒物接触的健康工人(对照组),进行了尿β_2-m、尿LIP、尿AIb、尿IgG 和尿蛋白定量测定。结果表明,汽油组各工龄段尿β_2-m、尿LAP 较对照组均极显著增高,且随工龄增长而增高。尿β_2-m、尿LAP 与其它指标均呈显著正相关。因此本研究表明汽油可引起肾小管和肾小球混合性损伤。提示尿β_2-m、尿LAP 可作为慢性汽油肾损伤的早期监测指标。
Urinary β_2-microglobulin(β_2-m),leucine aminopeptidase(LAP),albumin(ALB)and IgG were measured in 188 workers exposed to gasolineand 70 healthy workers as normal controle.Results showed that the levels ofurinary β_2-m and LAP in the exposed group were significantly higher thanthat of the control and increased progressively with increasing working years.Urinary β_2-m was significantly positive correlated with urinary LAP and oth-er indexes.It is suggested that gasoline may cause a mixed proximal tubularand glomerular damage.Changes of urinary β_2-m level and LAP activity maybe a valuable index for early detection of chronic renal damage in gasolineworkers.
