摘要
针对多品种小批量生产模式的特点,提出了基于熵概念的评价方法。该方法在以往小批量生产订单评价参数的基础上,建立了基于熵概念的订单的决策模型,求得各订单评价的综合评价指标,从而获得最优决策方案。并以实际例子说明该方法的可行性和灵活性。
According to the characteristic of model of the multi-variety and small batch, an evaluating method based on the entropy concept is proposed. According to the experiential evaluating parameter of the small batch order, a decision-making model of order is established, and then each order's integrated measured value is obtained, thus the excellent decision-making project can be gained. The concrete example is illustrated to explain its feasibility and flexibility.
