多品种小批量生产是制造业的一种主导生产方式．建立高柔性、高效率、高自动化的生产系统一直是多品种小批量生产的发展方向．本文论述了人们在解决这一问题上的各种途径、成果及发展动向．
Multi product and small batch production is a main production form in machine manufacturing.The developing trend of multi product and small batch production is to build a highly flexible,efficient,automatic manufacturing system. The various ways and results ,as well as the developing trend in this field are discussed.
