磺脲类药物受体基因多态性与磺脲类药物疗效相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查中国糖尿病患者磺脲类药物受体基因16外显子-3t→c多态性与磺脲类药物失效的关系。方法:应用限制性内切酶片段长度多态性技术对相互间无一级亲属关系的155例2型糖尿病患者及正常人群132人中磺脲类药物受体基因第16外显子-3t→c多态性的相关性进行遗传学研究。结果:2型糖尿病组16外显子-3t→c为“C”的等位基因及“CC”
