磺脲类药物受体基因多态性和2型糖尿病相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :调查糖尿病 (DM)患者磺脲类药物受体基因 16外显子 - 3T→C多态性与 2型DM相关性。 方法 :应用限制性内切酶片段长度多态性技术 ,对相互间无一级亲属关系的 15 5例 2型DM患者及 132名正常人中磺脲类药物受体基因第 16外显子 3T→C多态性进行遗传学相关性研究。 结果 :2型DM患者 16外显子 3T→C为“C”的等位基因及“CC”纯合子基因型频率比正常人显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :等位基因“C”所代表的单倍体在2型DM发病中遗传易感性上起重要作用。 Objective: To explore relationship between sulfonylurea receptor gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese subjects. Methods: Polymorphism of exon 16-3T→C in SUR gene 1 in 155 type 2 diabetic subjects and 132 controls were assessed by restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results: Frequency of “C” allele and “CC” homozygous phenotype in type 2 diabetic subjects was higher than that in control group. Conclusion:Allele “C” stands for hereditary susceptibility to diabetes.
