摘要 同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)是一种反应性血管损伤氨基酸,高Hcy血症是心脑血管等疾病的独立危险因素。近几年来,人们发现Hcy与糖尿病也有关,高Hcy血症可能是糖尿病大、小血管并发症发生、发展的一个重要因素。
