摘要 对植物组织培养中培养材料玻璃化形成的机理、导致玻璃化的因素、玻璃化的防治措施等研究现状作了综合评述,并从多个方面归纳了减轻玻璃化的方法。 Vitrification is a common phenomenon in plant tissue culture,and it is also a barrier hard to overcome.The purpose of this article is to summarize the factors causing vitrification and the prevention methods in plant tissue culture so as to take it as a reference for related scientific research.
