摘要
本文描述了一种电子纯盐酸的制备方法 ,包括氯化氢的蒸发、气体净化、高纯水吸收以及最终提纯等步骤 ,并对按此工艺生产的盐酸产品采用ICP MS和离子交换色谱进行了分析 ,实验证明此工艺能够有效去除工业盐酸中Fe、Cu、Pb、As等杂质离子。
A way of producing hydrochloric acid for electronic use is introduced in this article. It includes evaporation of hydrogen chloride,gas purification,absorption by high-purified water,final purification and etc. The analysis of the obtained final hydrochloric acid product is carried out by ICP-MS and ion exchange chromatography,it shows that the process can remove the ions,such as Fe,Cu,Pb,As,efficiently which are generally existing in the technical hydrochloric acid.
