NF-kappaB ingastric carcinoma
摘要
核因子 κB与多种肿瘤的发生、发展和转移有关 ,并参与了肿瘤细胞抵抗放化疗的作用机制。将核因子 κB作为肿瘤治疗的新靶点 ,对其活性进行选择性调控 。
