摘要
介绍的硬化法以压缩空气为动力对水玻璃砂预紧实,随后在砂型上方吹入适量的 CO_2气体,立刻进行二次气冲硬化紧实。以压缩空气为载体,强制 CO_2迅速均匀地分布于水玻璃砂中,减少了水玻璃及 CO_2用量。研究结果表明:使用该硬化法,使砂型常温抗压强度提高,水玻璃和 CO_2气体用量减少,改善了水玻璃砂的溃散性。
The hardening process introduced uses the com- pressed air as power to pre-compact the sodium silicate bonded sand.Subsequently, then proper amount of CO_2 gas is blowed in at the upper side of the mould and then a secondary air impact hardening compact is carried out immediately.Using compressed air as carrier,the CO_2 gas is forced into the sodium silicate bonded sand evenly and quickly,and it achieves in reducing the consumption of sodium silicate and CO_2.Test results show that this hardening process results in higher compression strength of sand mould at room temperature,less consumption in sodium silicate and CO_2 gas,and baiter collapsibility in sodium silicate bonded sand.
