摘要
研究了气冲紧实度时含模样砂型的紧实度分布的特点。文中用有色分格填砂方法分析了模样顶部砂块的变形和流动,提出了气冲紧实时砂型匀实的有利条件和产生漏斗堵塞的机理,探讨了模样为滑性或堵性的概念以及一些因素对模样滑、堵性的影响,并给出了试验条件下模样滑、堵性的分界图。
The character of bulk-density distribution in foundry molds with pattern, compacted by air impact method is studied in this paper. With chequered filling of colored sand, the deformation and flow of sand mixture during compacting above top of pattern are investigated. The favourable condition for obtaining uniform compacting with air impact compacting and the mechanism of forming funnel blockage are analyzed. The sliding or blocking feature of a mold construction and factors that influence it are discussed. Finally, diagramms that show the boundary between sliding and blocking effect of mold structure are given.
