摘要
对汽车行李架总成骨架在注射成型中钢管裸管的原因进行了分析,认为主要原因是骨架钢管在该产品注射成型中因刚性不足引起弯曲变形所致,提出了解决骨架钢管刚性不足的措施。实践证明,刚度提高后较好地解决了行李架骨架裸管缺陷,生产中因裸管产生的缺陷在5%以下。
The reasons for the naked steel pipe of automobile rack assy-roof's skeleton during the injection molding are analyzed. It is considered that the main reason is the stiffness not high enough which causing the product to deforme during the injection molding. Solving measures are put forward to increase the stiffness. The practice proved that the naked steel pipe defect is solved by increasing the stiffness. The proportion of naked steel pipe defect in production is under 5%.
