摘要
通过分析计算铣削过程中刀具变形引起的误差,提出了在数控加工中对这种误差的补偿方法.试验表明,该方法可显著提高数控加工效率与加工质量.
Through analyzing and accounting evocable error of tool's transmutation during milling process, put forward a compensatory method to the error in numerical control machining. Test indicates this means may heighten machining efficiency and quality remarkably in numerical control machining. The result can be used as the base in numerical control programme dynamic profile modeling.
