摘要
以所有型腔同时充满获得平衡的流动模式为目标,提出了一个自动平衡多型腔注射模的算法。利用流动模拟结果,在流道布置及浇口尺寸确定后对分流道尺寸进行优化。算例表明,给出的优化模型和求解算法是有效的。
A methodology for automatically balancing multi-cavity injection mold was developed with the objective of filling all cavities at the same time and getting a balanced flow patterm. After the runner layout and gate size were decided, it could adjust runner size iteratively based on the of flow simulation results. The examples showed that the optimal model and methodology were effective.
