本文提出了浇注系统的平衡分析与设计准则,建立了数学模型,编制了相应的计算程序,并给出了计算实例.
The design criterion and balance analysis for a runner and gate system are presented. For a geometrically balanced runner and gate system, the criterion is to minimize the pressure loss, while for a geometrically unbalanced runner and gate system, the criterion is such that the flow front in each flow path should reach the gate at the same instant. A mathematical model for calculating the pressure losses in the runner system and gates has been worked out using the power-law viscosity model. The pressure losses in all flow paths are equalized and the flow in the runner and gate system is balanced through iterative computation. A computing program has been developed and a case study is made. The program can be used to optimize the runner and gate system design.
