摘要
作者利用人体卵巢癌的转移瘤建立了裸鼠移植瘤模型,现已传至第8代。移植成功率为100%。发现传代后仍具有原人卵巢癌转移的生物学行为。经光学显微镜检查传至8代的瘤组织结构与原发瘤相同。电镜检查证明具有卵巢癌特有的特征,癌细胞间组成徽腔——原始腺腔,表面可见微绒毛,核中常染色质占绝对优势,胞浆中有丰富的多聚核糖体。该模型为研究人卵巢癌生物学特性、实验治疗等提供了有用工具。
An experiment model of transplantable human ovarian carcinoma was established in nude mice from a human metastatic ovarian carcinoma. This model has been transplanted for 8 passages and the take rate was 100%. After pro- pagation the transplantable cancer cell still preserved all the morphological and biological characteristics of the original tu- mor. Ultramicroscopic study also showed the special feature of ovarian carcinoma: microlumens among the cancer cell (primary glandular lumen ) were formed, the microvilli were discernible on the surface of cancer cells and abundant amount of polyribosome was present in the cytoplasm. This animal model could be useful in the study of biological be- havior of human ovarian carcinoma and provide an important tool for experimental therapy.
