摘要
我们将2例人上颌窦鳞癌分别进行裸小鼠体内移植,共接种裸鼠8只,除2只未生长外。其余6只均成活。现传至第十代,生长良好,并基本上保存了原肿瘤的组织学特征。在国内首次建立了人上颌窦癌的裸小鼠动物模型,将为进一步对上颌窦癌进行基础与临床研究,提供了较理想的实验条件。
A model of transplantable human maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma in BALB/cA nude mice has been established. The original biological pattern of the tumor was well retained in the transplanted tumors and these tumors grew well. The nude mice tumor model would be of great value for further experimental studies. The biological characteristics (e·g·morphology, metastasis,etc.) of this transplanted tumors were studied preliminarily.
