摘要
本实验采用银染法.对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者、良性肿瘤患者及正常人外周血淋巴细胞的银染核仁形成区变化进行观察。结果表明恶性肿瘤组患者淋巴细胞Ag-NOR、Ag-AAC和Ag-AA频率均高于良性肿瘤组和对照组(P<0.005)。良性肿瘤组与对照组间以及早、晚期恶性肿瘤患者之间Ag-NOR、Ag-AAC和Ag-AA频率差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。提示口腔领面部恶性肿瘤的发生,与患者染色体上rRNA基因数量增加及rRNA基因活性提高有关。
Using silver-stained method, the frequencies of Ag-NORs, Ag-AAC and Ag-AA of the peripheral lymphyocytes from three groups (malignant tumor group,benign tumor group and normal control group) were observed. The results showed that the average values of Ag-NORs, Ag-AAC and Ag-AA were much higher in malignant tumor group than those in the other two groups(P<0. 005). There were no significant differences in the frequencies of Ag-NORs, Ag-AAC and Ag-AA between benign tumor group and normal control group (P>0. 05). And there were also no significant differences in the frequencies of Ag-NORs, Ag-AAC and Ag-AA between early stage and advanced stage of malignant tumor group. The results suggested that the tumorigenesis of malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial region may be related to the increase of quantity and transcribed activity of rRNA gene on chromosome of patients.
