摘要
应用小鼠腹水瘤细胞的克隆株研究异质性。从小鼠SRS-82腹水瘤细胞系分离出SAC-ⅡB_2和SAC-ⅡC_3 2个克隆细胞株.将SRS-82腹水瘤亲代细胞与SAC-ⅡB_2,SAC-ⅡC_3克隆细胞作比较研究,结果显示3种细胞在细胞形态、生长特性、染色体组型、细胞电泳率与凝集性、细胞周期分布、致瘤性和药物敏感性上存在差异.表明SRS-82腹水瘤细胞系是一个异质的群体,但3种细胞都有相同的细胞表面免疫标志,SAC-ⅡB_2和SAC-ⅡC3克隆细胞具的交叉免疫原性,即它们具有共同的免疫学特以上实验结果.为腹水瘤的诊断、分类和治疗提供了有用资料。
The heterogeneity of mouse ascitic tumor cells were studied. The two cell clones,SAC-IIB2 and SAC-IIC3, were isolated from the SRS-82 mouse ascitic tumor cell line by using limited dilution method. The two clones as well as their parent cell lines were different in morphology,growth pattern,karyotypes,electrophoretic behaviours,agglutinative ability, distribution of cell cycle. tumorigenicity and sensitivity to some anti-tumor drugs, however, the three kinds of cells had the same cell surface immune marker and the two cell clones had the crossing immunogen. The above findings indicate that the SRS-82 ascitic tumor cells are an heterogeneous population but bear the same immunological characterestics. This phenomenon might well be useful in the diagnosis, classification and treatment of ascitic tumor.
