摘要
CRIMM法是盐酸法,它能用不同蚀变程度的钛铁矿生产保持原矿粒度的人造金红石。该法采用流态化床浸出器,多段逆流常压浸出,总的浸出时间为9—12小时。CRIMM法经历了小型、中间试验和工业试验等各个发展阶段,其结果相互验证。现正计划建设万吨级工业生产厂。
A process,called CRIMM,has been developed for producing the synthetic rutile which features same size as the starting ilmenite material of varying alteration. In this process leaching by hydrochloric acid is performed at the atmospheric pressure in a fluidized-bed reactor operated in the multistage eountereurrent mode with a total resident time of 9-12 hours.The CRIMM process has undergone extensive tests on commercial scale as well as on bench-and pilot-scale. The results from different scale tests were well in agreement with one another.A new commercial plant for synthetic futile is planning.
