摘要
本文探讨了攀枝花钛铁矿流态化盐酸漫出过程中金红石生成的机理和浸出动力学,揭示了表观选择浸出的本质,指出了产物层生成后的浸出速度仍然受未反应核界面化学反应控制。
The ilmenite from Pan Zhi Hua Mine was leached with dilute HCl solution in a fluidized bed. In this paper the kinetics of leach and the mechanism of formation of rutile will be studied to understand the essence of apparent selective leach. It is concluded that despite of the reaction products formed on the particles of ilmenite, the leaching rate continues to be controlled by the chemical reactions on the interface of the unreacted cores.
