摘要
柴油机以其良好的经济性、动力性和工作可靠性而成为车辆的主要动力源之一,但其排放物对环境的污染也不容忽视。分析了柴油机排放物中微粒(PM)及NOX的生成机理、影响因素,并从机内净化的角度提出了同时控制PM及NOX排放的思路。阐述了从根本上解决柴油机排放污染物的预混合气燃烧技术及未来柴油机的复合燃烧系统。
Diesel engines are major power source of the vehicles because of their low cost, high power output and operating reliability. However, the emissions and its influence should be decreased. In this paper, the formation mechanisms and the influencing factors are analyzed, and an approach for simultaneous reducing PM and NO_X is performed from the view of in-cylinder reduction. Meanwhile the premixed mixture combustion and combined combustion system of diesel engines are described, which is believed to be an effective method to decrease engine exhaust emissions.
