摘要
刺参粘多糖(SJAMP)同考的松合用对于小鼠S180实体瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用,该作用与肝素合用考的松的作用相似。由于肝素合用考的松具有抑制肿瘤血管生成的作用,而SJAMP在化学结构和理化特性方面同肝素相似。所以本实验结果提示,SJAMP同考的松合用可能具有抑制肿瘤血管生成的作用。
SJAMP (Stichopus japonicus acid mucopolysaccharide) combined with cortisone can significantly inhibit the growth of mouse S180 solid tumor. This effect is sim- ilar to heparin combined with cortisone, and has been proved to have antitumor and antiangiogenic effects. Moreover, SJAMP is similar to heparin in chemical struc- ture and physicochemical characteristics. The result suggests that the use of SJAMP combined with cortisone probly inhibits the tumor angiokenesis.
