摘要
本文介绍一个可用于EDAX9100 x射线能谱仪计算机系统的程序ZAPT,使用该程序,可以处理电子显微镜波谱仪系统上获得的强度数据,即进行ZAF修正运算,完成微区成分的定量分析。
A computer program ZAFT is presented for use with the computer system for the EDAX 9100 X-Ray energy dispersive spectrometer, The program can be used for processing the intensity information from the spectrometer for an electron microscope (ZAF correction and for the quantitative microanalysis).
