摘要
采用阶段磨选联合流程对祁东铁矿进行了详细研究。试验表明,阶段磨矿—弱磁、重选、强磁选;阶段磨矿—弱磁、重选、强磁—絮凝脱泥阴离子反浮选;阶段磨矿—弱磁、重选、强磁—絮凝脱泥三种联合选矿流程均可获得较好结果。前者有较大的应用前景。
A detailed study is made of processing Qidong Iron Ores using various combined flowsheets. The results show that good ressults can be obtained by the following three flowsheets, i. e, stage grinding followed by low intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation--high intensity magnetic separation, stage grinding followed by low intensity magnetic separation--gravity separation--floculation desliming-reverse anionic flotation and stage grinding followed by low intensity magnetic separation--gravity separation--high intensity magnetic separation--flocculation desliming. However,the former has wide application respects.
