摘要
在攀枝花选钛厂螺旋-浮选-电选流程中加入Shp-2000湿式强磁选机强化分选,收到良好效果,在相同给矿量条件下,采用一台Shp-2000湿式强磁选机,铁精矿产量可增加1.95—2.25万吨/年。
Satisfactcry separating results have been obtained by intensitying the separation process of Panzhihua mill by adding a Shp-2000 wet high intensity magnetic separator to the existing flowsheet of spiral separation--flotationelectrostatic separation. At the same feed quantity, annual capacity of the concentrating mill can be increased by 19, 500--22, 500-t iron concentrates by using one Shp-2000 wet high intensity magnetic separator.
