摘要
合成了3,5-二苄氧基苯甲酰—香草醛腙(HL)的过渡金属(Co^(2+),Ni^(2+),Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Mn^(2+))醋酸盐配合物,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对配合物进行了表征,测试了配体和配合物的抗菌活性,并对结果进行了讨论。
Five transition metal complexes of (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy benzaldehyde)-3,5-dibenzyloxybenzoyl hydrazone (HL), ML_(2·n)H_2O (M=Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mn; n=2, 4, 5), have been prepared and characterized on the basis of elemental analyses, molar conductivity, IR and ~1H NMR spectra. The antibacterial activities of the prepared compounds were tested, and the results are discussed.
