摘要
本文研究了针、阔叶木未打浆纤维的粗度、长度及其长度分布特性对成纸性能的影响。同时,探讨了纤维长度和粗度之间的关系,并对两者的测定值和计算值进行了比较。结果表明,在纤维重均长度和粗度之间几乎成线性关系。纤维长度和粗度的计算值非常接近于测定值。回归分析显示:纤维长度是影响撕裂因子的主要因素(R^2=0.81),而纤维粗度是影响不透明度的主要原因(R^2=0.87)。
This study dealt with the effects of fiber length, coarseness and length distribution on the properties of paper produced from unbeaten HW & SW pulp. At the same time, the relationship between weight-average fiber length and coarseness was investigated, arv:l the measured and calculated values for both length and coarseness were compared.In this investigation, it was found that a positive relationship was observed between weight-average length and coarseness. The correiations between mcasured and calculated values for both length and coarseness were very good. Regression analyses indicated that tear index was more clearly a function of fiber length (R2 = 0. 81). A negative relationship existed between opacity and coarseness (87% of the variation accounted for).
