摘要 研发了双螺旋挤压法APMP(TSEAPMP)制浆新工艺 ,与传统APMP制浆工艺相比 ,不仅可稳定控制纸浆质量、降低制浆能耗 ,还可实现APMP制浆技术和关键设备国产化。中试结果表明 ,螺旋的结构和组合、原料种类、制浆和漂白化学药品的用量及比例、工艺流程的选择等因素对纸浆的得率和质量有重要影响。 A novel pulping process——twin screw extrusion APMP (TSE APMP) has been developed. Compared with traditional APMP process, this process not only simplifies the process, but also can obtain steady pulp qualities, reduce pulping energy consumption and equipment cost, as well as realize domestic supply of APMP pulping technologies and equipments. The results from the pilot trial indicate that the factors such as the configuration of the screws and their combination, the species of raw materials, the dosages and ratios of pulping and bleaching chemicals, the selection of process and so on, have significant impact on the pulp yield and qualities. The pulp with as good quality as that of traditional APMP and P-RC APMP could be produced by optimizing the parameters mentioned above.
