EFFECT OF AN ACUTE EXERCISE ON IMMUNE CELL FUNCTION IN MICE

摘要 急性运动后小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞对ConA分裂原和抗原的增殖反应明显增强;辅助性T细胞和抑制性T细胞的比值上升;脾淋巴细胞培养液中IL-2活性明显增强。 The purpose of this experiment was to observe whether an acute exercise affects the immune cell functionin mice and select sensitive immunological indices. After 120 minutes' swimming, the exercised mice showedsignificant increase in splenic lymphocyte proliferation to ConA mitogen and mixed lymphocyte reaction,while lymphocyte proliferation to LPS mitogen did not change. The percentage of L3T4-positive cells and theratios of L3T4-positive cells to Lyt2-positive cells significantly increased although the percentage of Lyt2-positive cells was not influenced by swimming. In the exercised mice, the IL-2 activities in the supernatant ofsplenic lymphocyte culture significantly increased and no increase in IL-1 activities in the supernatant ofperitoneal macrophages culture has been observed compared with the sedentary control. The results suggest that the acute exercise enhances splenic lymphocyte function in mice and the mostprominent immunological indexes include proliferation response to ConA , T-lymphocyte subsets ratio and IL-2 activity.
