摘要
用机械的方法对40只幼年家兔右前肢远端反复挤压撞击,观察不同损伤时间(2、4、6、8、12周)对骺板软骨生长的影响。结果表明,短时间损伤(2~4周)生长加速,长时问损伤(6周以后)生长减慢甚至停止。不同的损伤时问可以引起骺板发生不同形状的裂隙或镜下骨折,其发生与损伤的外力和持续时间有关。损伤时间越长,对骺板软骨的生长越明显。
To observe effect of different length of injury time on growth of epiphyseal plate, fourty young rabbitswere divided into 5 groups and each group was tested for 2,4,6,8,12 weeks respectively. The right front legof each rabbit was injured repeatedly with an automatically controlled striking unit. The main results were as follows:1. Growth of epiphyseal plate increased in 2 and 4 weeks hut decreased and even ceased after 6 weeks.2. Variows shapes of clefts and microfracture were found in the epiphyseal plate in different groups,which was considered to have relationship with magnitude and duration of the injury force.3. The longer the injury time lasted, the more severe the growth of epiphyseal plate was injured.
