摘要
本文报告１９８０年１月～１９９１年１月收治的１４周岁以内儿童下肢长骨干骨折１５１例，随访９２例。其中男性７８例，女性１４例。股骨７５例，胫腓骨１７例。随访时间１２年２月到１年３月，平均４年１１月。双下肢基本等长２６例，患侧短１２例，患侧长５４例。作者认为影响胺体发育不等长的因素有：受伤时的年龄；骨折部位；骨折类型；合并伤；治疗的方法及达临床愈合时骨折对位情况等。除合并症影响功能外，其余的功能及外观均良好。
AbstractThe aumors reported 151 cases of shaft fractures of the lower extremites in individuals less than 14 years of age encountered during January 1980 to January 1991.There were 75 fractures of the femoral shaft and 17 casesof the tibia and the fibula.92 cases were followed up foran average of 4 years.In 26 patients,the lower extremitieswere roughly isometric.In 12 patients , the injuned limbswere shorter and in 54 patients the injuned limbs werelonger than the normal ones.Inequality of the lengths of the limbs following fracture treatment were caused by poor alignments of the fractures at the time of clinicalunion.Generally,the limb function in the whole groupwas satisfactory.
