摘要
本文研究了试洋经灼烧,磷酸-王水分解,用醋酸丁酯—甲基异丁基酮直接萃取比色或泡塑吸附富集金,经灰化,过氧化氢和盐酸溶解,在(pH=3—4)缓冲液和掩蔽剂的混合液中萃取,TMK显色测定金。络合物在60分钟内是稳定的。络合物最大吸收波长在545nm;在10ml溶液中0-10μg金服从比尔定律。本法简便、快速、准确、易掌握,适于室内和野外分析中推广应用。
After burning and digestion with phosphoric acid and regia aqua, the sample can either be instantly extracted and colorimeted with n-butyl acetate -methyl isobutyl ketone or be treated with foam plastics to absorb the mineral dressing gold. The absorbed gold is dissolved with hydrogen peroxide and hydrochloric acid,extarcted and colored in a mixture of buffer and screening agent (pH=3-4) , where trivalent gold is reduced to univalent gold with thiomichers ketone, and the end product is finally colorimeted.
