摘要
研究了利用近零磁致伸缩系数钴基非晶态合金丝材料(Fe0 06Co0 94)72 5Si12 5B15的磁电阻抗(MI)效应制作的新型弱磁场传感器。采用含有丰富谐波分量的窄脉冲电流作为励磁信号对非晶丝直接励磁,使传感器具有灵敏度高、响应快的优点。对传感器的工作原理进行了分析,并设计了传感器的信号调理电路。它可应用于弱磁信号检测领域。
A new weak magnetic sensor based on magneto-impedance effect in near zero-magnetostrictive Co-based amorphous wires(Fe_(0.06)Co_(0.94))_(72.5)Si_(12.5)B_(15)is constructed.The magnetic sensor has characteristics of high sensitivity and quick response due to the amorphous wires excited directly by sharp pulse train current containing amount of harmonic signals.Its operating principle is analyzed.The signal processing circuit of magnetic sensor is designed,too.The sensor can be used in the weak magnetic-measurement field.
