摘要
研究了利用近零磁致伸缩系数的钴基非晶丝材料制成的新型磁场传感器。它具有线性度好、灵敏度高、频响快、温度稳定性高、体积小等优点。对该传感器的工作原理进行了分析 ,给出了部分实验结果 ,并介绍了研制中的一些关键技术。
New magnetic filed sensor using near-zero magnetostriction Cobased amorphous wire is studied in this paper,ther sensor has the advantages of good linearity,high sensitivity,quick frequency response,high stability against temperature variations and small size.Its principle is analyzed,and some test results are given out.The key technology to develop this sensor is presented.
