摘要 以 14 2 0铝锂合金为研究对象 ,通过拉伸力学性能测试和拉伸断口形貌观察比较全面地研究了板材力学性能的各向异性水平及其表现规律 ,并探讨了各向异性在时效过程中的演化及产生各向异性的主要因素。研究结果表明 :该 14 2 0铝锂合金的力学性能具有明显的各向异性 ;屈服强度与抗拉强度各向异性的表现规律有所不同 ;在达到峰时效之前 ,随着时效时间的延长 ,合金力学性能的各向异性在增加 ,而增幅在减小。合金力学性能的平面各向异性主要源于其晶体学织构。 By the means of tensile testing and fractography observation, the level and behavior of anisotropy of mechanical properties in 1420 Al Li alloy rolled sheet was investigated. Variations of anisotropy in the alloy during aging treatment, and the mechanism and main factor which cause the anisotropy of mechanical properties were discussed. It is found that 1420 Al Li alloy has obvious in plane anisotropy of mechanical properties. And the behavior of the anisotropy in yield strength and tensile strength is different. Until to peak aging, anisotropy of mechanical properties increases and increment of anisotropy reduces with aging treatment progresses. The in plane anisotropy of mechanical properties in the alloy is attributed to the interactions among crystallographic textures, grain morphologies, and the precipitates developed during aging.
