摘要
通过力学性能测试和断口形貌观察,研究了1420铝锂合金冷轧薄板的各向异性及其在时效过程中的演化规律。结果表明,1420铝锂合金具有明显的各向异性,在120℃时效条件下,随着时效时间延长,各向异性增加。最后,初步探讨了该合金各向异性的主要形成机理。
The anisotropy and it's evolution during ageing treatment for Al-Li alloy 1420 cold-rolling sheet were investigated by means of tensile test and fractograph observation. The results show that, the 1420 sheet aged at120℃ exhibits strong anisotropy of mechanical properties, the longer for the ageing time, the stronger for the anisotropy. The main factors to cause anisotropy for alloy 1420 are discussed.
