摘要
本文以明胶海绵为衬底,用环丙氟哌酸和氢化考的松、云南白药酊、达克罗宁制备的鼻腔消炎止血药膜,制备简便,质量稳定。临床观察结果证明,具有给药方便、疗效高、疗程短、药物作用持久,无毒副作用等优点。
In this article, the medicinal films used as an antiphlogistic and hemostatic agents were introduced. its essential compositionwere ciprofloxacin, hydrocortisone, Yunnanbaiyao tincture. dyclonine, and the gelatin sponges were used as the substrate. Thepreparation was simple. The films were stable. The preliminary results in clinical use showed that. this film had many advantages including convenent for use, highly effective for anti-inflammatory and hemostatic purpose, the course needed for treatnent was short and the action was long. No side effect was found in clinical practice.
