摘要
本实验用自身对照法考察了哮喘患者单用氨茶碱及氨茶碱合用博利康尼后血清茶碱浓度的变化。按一室模型公式求算茶碱的有关药动学参数,实验结果表明:两药合用后,氨茶碱在体内的药动学参数无明显的变化,各组数据经t值检验,P值均大于0.05。提示临床可将两药合用以提高平喘效果。
The change of plasma concentration of aminophylline in asthmatic patients was studied. Amino-phylline was orally given singly and together with bricanyl. Self-collation experiment was used in thistest. Some pharmacokinetic parameters of aminophylline were calculated by the formuta of one compart-ment model. The result showed: When the two drugs were used together. pharmacokinetic parameters hadno statistical difference. It is suggested that the two drugs could be used together to increase the effects ofrelieving wheezing.
