摘要
对6只家兔单用氨茶碱和氨茶碱合用甘草的药代动力学资料作对比研究发现:合并用药后,氨茶碱的tl/2β缩短(从3.42±0.63h降至2.66±0.33h)(P<0.05),曲线下面积减少(从107.64±11.92降至61.63±7.88μg·h/ml(P<0.01),并使清除率从0.14±0.02增至0.21±0.03l/kg·h(P<0.01).结果表明:甘草可影响氨茶碱的动力学,促进氨茶碱的消除速率,缩短消除半衰期。
Effects of Glycyrrhiza uralensis on the aminophylline kinetic were studied in six rabbits,The means of aminophylline elimination half-life was shortened from 3.42±0.63h to 2.66±0.33h(P<0.05),the area under curve of aminophylline decreased from 107.64±11.92μg·h/ml to 61.63±7.88μg·h/ml.Aminophylline clearance increased from 0.14±0.02l/kg·h to 0.21±0.03l/kg·h.The results indicated that Glycyrrhiza uralensis could change aminophylline kinetics,increase the clearance of aminophylline,and reduce aminophylline elimination half-life.
