摘要
本文用中国药典浆法测定了国内四个厂家9个批号茶碱类控释片的溶出度,实验数据用单指数分布函数拟合,求得溶出速率常数Ki值。结果表明:同一厂家不同批号的茶碱、氨茶碱控释片的Ki值差异不显著,而不同厂家的Ki值有非常显著性差异。
Dissolution studies were carried out with the Chinese Pharmacopeia paddle
method. Nine batches of four different brands of Controlled-release theophylline
tablets were studied. The dissolution constants ki were calculated using single
exponential method. It was shown that the differenes of ki between bateches of the
product from the same fectory was not nsignificant, while the difference between
factoories was significant.
