摘要
随着现代科学技术的高速发展,人们生活行为的变化和生活水平的日益提高。结核病防治措施及水平也日臻完善和提高,使结核病患病率呈现出逐年递减的趋势。医院病床使用率下降。
The case rate of tuberculosis, of 'modern diseases', and of common dis-
eases has been decreasing, increasing, and remains high, respectively. In view
of this situation, Mudanjiang City's Hospital of Tuberculosis and Tumour
began in 1989 to restructure its medical services so as to carry on the preven-
tion and treatment of not only trberculosis and tumour, but also 'modern
diseases' and common diseases. As a result, this hospital has changed its past
depressing status of operation and management into an active and vigorous
status. The article describes how the hospital, in process of in-depth reform
of health service, has accomplished the transformation in a planned way.
